A Modern Gallery is a Canadian-based online curated art gallery and art dealer. Our primary goal is to showcase some of the greatest contemporary artists of China and share in a beautiful connection between cultures and concepts. We work closely and personally with our artists to bring exciting and contemporary masterpieces to the international community.

When one thinks of Chinese artwork, it is likely only traditional painting techniques come to mind. However, with our diverse pool of talents and interpretations, we believe there is something for everyone and our audience can experience more sides of the face of the Chinese art world.

Chinese contemporary art has recently surged in cultural importance over recent years. Contemporary artists have the skill and experience to illustrate an intricate and meaningful link between Chinese great past and it’s bright advancing future. Many of our artists craft using classic techniques to create conventional paintings and calligraphy works as well as using the same traditional techniques to creating experimental and abstract forms of art.
